The Calorie Lab is a small project with one rule: show the working. If a page gives you a number, it also tells you the formula and where it came from.

Ingrid builds and checks the calculators and writes the explainers. She cares about the boring details: unit conversions, input limits, and making sure every equation matches its original paper.

Callum Reyes

Callum writes the journal's guides and app rankings. His question for every app is the same as for every calculator: are the inputs trustworthy, and can you check the result?
